We are seeking a seasoned Ad Sales Manager to drive the success and continued growth of Amazon Ads (inclusive of Twitch) across MENA. You will leverage our ad solution across display, video, and custom ads to help businesses reach customers in the right place at the right time with the right message. Your ambitious thinking can help us unlock new ideas that compete with the best in the industry to enable us to unlock branding budgets.
As a valued member of our Saudi Local Ad Sales team, you will build senior-level relationships with advertisers and their respective agencies, consulting them on opportunities across their brand and performance objectives, and propose digital advertising solutions across the Amazon Ads product suite that will ensure their business goals are met. You will further use your cold-calling, networking, and prospecting skills to identify, develop, and manage new accounts that will complement our existing roster of accounts and help you reach your personal revenue targets. You’ll be supported by our operations team and will benefit from working alongside our team of experts, which means you can learn from the best.
You will have an extensive breadth of sales experience, preferably within the digital space. A consultative, strategic selling style is desired, coupled with the structure and organizational skills needed to build trust in a new business environment. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Understand Amazon Ads opportunities and tools to help build relevant advertising solutions for our advertisers and deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to them.
  2. Ensure clients are educated on and utilizing the latest video and ad tech products offered by Amazon Ads.
  3. A deep understanding of the international digital market with a focus on video.
  4. Prospect, penetrate, and create new relationships with advertisers and advertising agencies to grow the book of business leveraging both independent networks & experiences as well as team connection and expanded reach.
  5. Drive deals to closure in a new business environment and grow revenue from existing advertisers.
  6. Work closely and partner with internal teams for account management, marketplace, Amazon Prime, etc.
  7. Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience working closely with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders
• Good understanding and application of programmatic ad buying with a data-driven approach to providing solutions
• Demonstrated ability to consistently close sales, generate revenues, and independently deliver against short-term immediate goals and long-term strategic objectives
• Able to utilize Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Capable of working as an individual contributor or a people manager

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years selling programmatic and/or data-driven ad products or platforms
