Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our clients' prestigious real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and a proven track record of working with top property developers in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and maximize growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers and key clients to drive repeat and referral business.
• Lead sales efforts including client presentations, negotiations, and closing high-value transactions.
• Provide in-depth market insights and advise clients on investment opportunities and property trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize property listings, marketing campaigns, and client engagement.
• Mentor and support the sales team, ensuring consistent alignment with company goals and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales with a strong network in Dubai's property market.
