Job Description: Rubber World Industry, a leading manufacturer of HVAC products in UAE, is hiring a suitable candidate for the Sales Manager position to enhance our sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and company goals and increase market share in the region.
  • Identify new market opportunities and evaluate potential for expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including customs, tariffs, and export controls.
  • Manage all necessary documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local and international clients, distributors, and agents.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and contracts.
  • Provide support and address any issues or concerns with customers.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and materials for local and international markets.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company's products and expand the network.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Supervise and train export staff, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 8+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management.
  • Proven experience in retail sales of HVAC and MEP Insulation products is a must.
  • Strong understanding of global trade regulations and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and ERP software.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages is a plus.
