Sales Manager – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process, developing strategies to increase sales and profits, and leading a team of sales professionals. We offer a competitive salary of 1000 per month and are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
2. Analyzing customer needs and trends
3. Setting individual sales targets with the team
4. Tracking sales performance and reporting results
5. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
6. Developing relationships with key customers
7. Negotiating deals with clients
8. Managing stock levels and ordering new products as needed
9. Ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up visits and calls.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
2. At least 5 years of experience in Sales Management
3. Experience in managing a team of sales professionals
4. Proven track record of achieving targets
5. Knowledge of different pricing strategies
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, problem solving, organizational, decision making and interpersonal skills
