We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving business growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
2. Manage and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
3. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team members
6. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
2. Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in a fast-paced environment
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
4. In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and principles
5. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
6. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
