Job Title: Mid-Level Sales Representative - Compliance Solutions (AML, Taxation, ESG)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid-Level Sales Representative to join our client team, focusing on selling compliance solutions in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Taxation, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and a proven track record in solution sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing customer relationships in the AML, Taxation, and ESG compliance solutions space
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Inside Sales, Solution Specialists, and Partnerships, to generate qualified sales opportunities
- Deliver compelling demonstrations of our compliance platform to potential customers, emphasizing its value in addressing complex regulatory requirements
- Handle objections skillfully and guide the sales process to closure by showcasing the benefits of our solutions
- Regularly update customer relationship management tools and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Conduct needs analyses for existing and potential customers to tailor solutions effectively
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within specified timelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in enterprise technology or Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and subscription-based sales
- Excellent communication skills, particularly when engaging with executive-level buyers and influencers
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Solid knowledge of AML, Taxation, and ESG compliance requirements and trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in compliance or sales (e.g., ACAMS, CSC) are a plus
