Job description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Independently generate leads, design and sell premium and high-end products and services to all potential clients.
Ensure delivery of the project from inception through to sale, installation and project closure.
Lead a design team to achieve sales conversion and meet sales objectives.
Proactively develop the brand with the head of sales and head of marketing to meet company objectives.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. LEAD GENERATION & SALES
    Build a sustainable, high-value pipeline of new opportunities through social and trade networking with top tier interior designers, architects, contractors and signboard drives.
    Meet high net worth clients and seamlessly present options to proactively drive sales whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
    Nurture B2B relationships including leading architectural and design consultancies on projects, continuously build and maintain trade relations.
    Work with the team to build a B2B and B2C lead generation strategy to increase the sales pipeline.
    Arrange and conduct presentations to new and existing industry contacts.
    Collect and manage customer payments.
    Ensure your team is adhering to brand visual guidelines.
  2. DESIGN & PRESENTATION
    Conduct site surveys independently, identify issues and risks and find solutions.
    Execute the design process, including client consultations, presentations, site visits, design briefs and concepts.
    Ensure production of rendered kitchen cabinetry images with enhancements on Photoshop and Winner.
    Ensure quotes from suppliers (worktops, appliances etc.) are received and updated in the design for presentation to the client.
    Prepare proposals and ensure they are accurately priced, correctly itemized and designed with 100% installation feasibility.
    Nurture relationships with suppliers to ensure the lowest costs.
  3. SYSTEMS & PROCESSES
    Ensure CRM is updated promptly and accurately.
    Manage Winner Design issues by liaising with Compusoft UK directly.
  4. CONTRACT MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION
    Ensure accurate and timely contracts which include floorplans, elevations, renders, timeline, payment terms etc.
    Ensure pricing and terms are within company Guidelines.
    Ensure production of accurate Variation agreements, if necessary, based on client changes and mitigate any risks.
    Oversee reservation of production slots in line with the Order Process guidelines.
  5. POST CONTRACT SIGNING
    Ensure preparation of files (drawings and details) to be sent to the supplier to be logged and orders placed.
    Approve final order confirmations.
    Liaise with suppliers to ensure final order meets the contractual obligations.
    Ensure preparation of MEP packs based on the comments highlighted during the pre-order meeting and upload on QuickBase.
    Conduct pre-order meetings with the order processor and installation team.
    Assist the Finance Dept to collect payments when requested.
    Liaise with client’s appointed project contacts.
    Ensure client satisfaction and happiness to receive positive Google reviews for the team.
  6. TEAM DYNAMICS
    Ensure the design team cohesively works together to achieve business targets, taking corrective steps when necessary.
    Provide motivation and training to develop team members.
    Onboard new team members, providing coaching, mentorship and training.
    Offboard team members without disruption to business continuity.
  7. SHOWROOM
    Regularly inspect the showroom to ensure a 5-star showroom experience for all visitors, report any maintenance issues.
    Design and manage showroom display projects from concept to completion according to the brief from head of sales.

3 years modular kitchen design and sales.
