Job Description

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for investments. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Proactively source and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Identify potential clients and conduct financial needs analysis.
• Provide expert advice on investment opportunities, risk assessment, and financial planning.
• Educate clients on various investment options and tailor solutions based on their financial goals.
• Analyze financial data to recommend suitable investment solutions. Monitor competitors and identify business growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.
• Stay up to date with market trends, financial products, and investment opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in investment sales or financial services within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and wealth management.
• Proven ability to generate leads independently and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and investment market trends.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
