Sales Intern - Esquire Unpaid

ITP Media Group (ITP) is one of the largest media companies in the Middle East with a portfolio of more than 80 brands. The company delivers quality up-to-date content to its readers, viewers, delegates, and guests through digital print, events, awards, video content, social media platforms, and social media influencers. These brands include major international and regional names such as Time Out, Arabian Business, Harper's Bazaar, Esquire, and Grazia.

Esquire is the region's most established Men's Luxury Lifestyle publication, spanning over 15 years and 90 years globally. It is looking for a commercial Intern to join its team immediately.

Requirements

• Developing content tools and cooperation proposals for industry and seasonal events.
• Defining criteria for event sponsorship, sourcing sponsor opportunities, and proposing sponsor partners accordingly.
• Creating presentations around activity concepts and content to serve for acquisition discussions and inspiration of global brand partnerships.
• Establishing, implementing, and supporting brand events calendars, working and follow-up files for the teams.
• Assisting the teams pre-, during, and post-events (guest management, logistics, operations, communication, information, and material management).
• Attending work events on behalf of the brand, including evenings, to generate leads.
• Creating minutes of meetings.
• Providing outstanding communication and service through all related client-to-business communication channels (incl. phone, email, live chat, social media) to meet the clients' and consumers' needs in today’s multi-connected world.
• Creating comprehensive client overviews for categories: Fashion, Auto, Hospitality, Beauty, Travel, F&B, Health & Fitness.
• It’s a versatile role that requires all support functionality for Esquire and the wider ITP Luxury Group commercial division.

Must Have:

• Own valid visa.
• Immediate full-time availability for a 6-month contract period.
