Summary: Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head to lead, manage, and scale our Middle East business. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in sales, a proven track record of driving exponential revenue growth, and exceptional leadership skills to build and grow a high-performing sales team in the region. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a deep understanding of the ME market, systems integrators landscape, customer needs, and the ability to forge long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Regional Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a business strategy for the client's growth in the Middle East, aligning with the company's global objectives and adapting to regional market dynamics. Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and industry shifts within the Middle East to drive long-term growth and client value.
Market Expansion & Business Development: Build and expand the client's market presence by targeting high-growth opportunities, establishing relationships with key clients, and securing transformative engagements. Lead sales, client acquisition, and account management efforts focusing on increasing market share across the Middle East.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage C-level relationships with clients, positioning our client as a strategic partner and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering customized, high-impact solutions.
Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across sales, delivery, and account management functions. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and client focus within the team to drive high-quality delivery and client success.
P&L and Operational Ownership: Own the P&L, setting revenue and profitability targets and ensuring efficient budget management. Drive operational excellence by establishing processes, metrics, and standards that align with our client's global service and quality expectations.
Requirements and Expectations:
Experience: 20 years in IT services with significant experience scaling the revenues across the Middle East region.
Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in our client's key sectors (i.e., BFS, Insurance, TTH, Government sectors, etc.).
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Skills: Achieved and exceeded revenue targets and business growth. Excellent at building C-level relationships and managing stakeholders. Strategic thinker with client-centric decision-making abilities. Strong financial acumen including P&L ownership and budget management.
