Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Creating and developing an effective sales strategy/sales penetration for the Swiss market and acquiring new customers for IGT.
  2. Extending and developing a portfolio of IGT IT services business.
  3. Assessing client IT needs and making recommendations including IT Services and Solutions.
  4. Preparing sales visits and presentations to pitch IGT IT services, solutions, and combination service packages to customers.
  5. Demonstrating IT Services/solutions to highlight benefits.
  6. Negotiating sales and long-term contracts with customers.
  7. Providing technical advice after sales.
  8. Establishing sales goals and implementing a plan to meet those goals.
  9. Tracking progress toward goals and documenting sales performance.
  10. Becoming fluent in IGT services and solutions.
  11. Answering questions, describing benefits, and discussing pros and cons of various services/solutions.
  12. Gaining familiarity with the IT industry and staying updated on trends and innovative products.
  13. Assisting in creating marketing literature and web-based features to promote service products and solutions.
  14. Attending trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales.
  15. Building and maintaining good relationships with customers.
  16. Conducting in-depth research to identify market opportunities.
  17. Examining the IT requirements of customers/market and helping teams in making the pitch.
  18. Having decent experience in selling IT solutions/products mapping to customer needs and driving customer sales.
  19. Experience with Global Delivery Model with demonstrated knowledge of processes and methodologies.
  20. Ability to present at senior and executive levels.
  21. Ability to work with diverse client & IGT teams in various service lines, across multiple time zones.
  22. Working knowledge & awareness of the latest software engineering methodologies & technologies including Agile, DevOps, Quality Engineering/Testing, Cloud Computing (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, EaaS), Data Science & Analytics to engage client stakeholders at all levels.
  23. Strong preference for consulting experience.
  24. Strong communication skills.
  25. Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  26. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  27. Attention to detail.
