Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our Forex sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in Forex sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring productivity and goal achievement.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and develop relationships with key clients, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor Forex market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to optimize sales performance.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales initiatives, introduce new revenue streams, and maximize profitability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, trading, and compliance teams to align business objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all financial and Forex trading regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in Forex sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Forex trading, financial markets, and currency exchange.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Networking Ability: Strong connections within the Forex industry and a client portfolio is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market data, sales reports, and industry trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with Forex trading regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Certification in Forex trading or financial markets is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing multi-regional sales teams is a plus.
