Must-Have:
Min 7 years of relevant experience
Must have TSBD and sales exposure in chemicals/specialty chemicals (hunting role).
Preferred candidates with Min 7 to 8 years in product knowledge in pharm product lines include: Phosphonates, Biodegradable Chelating Agents, MBT Biocide, Polymers, Questoll Detergent Additive, Acetyl Chloride.
Strong planning and decision-making skills, with proficiency in international communication.
MUST have an understanding of culture/ecosystem.
MUST come with Customer linkage, networks already available.
MUST understand the market.
MUST understand the value chain.
KRA:
Drive and develop sales of phosphonates (3 product variants) in UAE focusing on growth and market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
Lead negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and technical) to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering (BSc/BTech Chemical or equivalent).
