Role: Sales Head

Location: Sharjah

Experience: 7 years in sales & distribution (FMCG, baby care, strollers, toys, furniture, etc.)

What You'll Do:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans for retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
2. Expand and manage distribution networks, ensuring seamless operations.
3. Drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and establish key partnerships.
4. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
5. Collaborate with marketing teams for brand positioning & promotional strategies.

1. Proven track record in sales & distribution within the juvenile products industry.
2. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to analyze market trends and drive strategic decisions.
