Job Description:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
  2. Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the education sector.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential.
  6. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budget plans to senior management.
  7. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and promote its products and services.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive landscape to identify emerging market opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
