Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans specific to the chemicals industry to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to diverse customer needs.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations.
• Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, identifying areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the chemicals industry or a closely related field.
• Experience in B2B sales with a focus on industrial or specialty chemicals is highly desirable.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Candidates with a background in technical sales will be given priority consideration.
