To expand business horizon of EEIC Trading & Engineering Supplies.
Resolve internal and external technical support requests or issues related to product selection, application specification, installation, etc.
Assist team in executing and achieving market business plans.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate RFQs and establish new accounts.
Create Technical and Commercial proposals.
Provide technical clarifications to customers and attend meetings if required.
Extensive interaction with customers, suppliers, and team.
Commercial processes for quotation, receipt of order, order entry, shipment and delivery of order, and resolution of return requests and quality issues.
Ensure the timely submission of project-related documents.
Support finance team to arrange submission of invoices.
Travel to project sites to perform startup integration training and to attend any installation-related queries.
Travel as needed to support team for presentations and exhibitions.
Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
Maintain professional business relationships with customers and vendors.
Identify and communicate customers' needs and sales opportunities to expand business opportunities.
Track the status of the submitted offers and finalize the orders.
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with CRM/Database tools.
Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Proven project management skills.
Sales support experience.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3-4 years of overall experience in a similar role.
