QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

1. A university degree
2. At least 3 years of sales experience working in the fashion retail industry as a sales executive
3. A database of clients you have maintained throughout your career thus far
4. Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
5. Strong computer skills (knowledge of Retail Pro is a plus)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
2. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
3. Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
4. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
5. Monitoring the quantities of goods on display and in stock; when low, alert your seniors so transfers of merchandise and reorders can be activated
6. Monitoring competitors
7. Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
