Job description

Job Purpose:

To contribute to the success of the sales team and the organization in achieving the vision of the Sales Department and AGMC by contributing to expand the customer network by achieving sales and distribution targets by providing consistent consultative selling.

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets of the department.
  2. Develop and maintain professional presentation standards.
  3. Effectively implement and monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  4. Present & demonstrate the RR product range to meet each customer's individual requirements, as per RR Sales process modules.
  5. Monitor, report, and analyze customer complaints.
  6. Ensure full utilization of the RR CRM system for all prospective and external activities.
  7. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
  8. Liaise with Service/Parts/Finance/New car Sales departments.
  9. Be team-oriented, working as a team member assisting and supporting colleagues and other departments in achieving a shared vision.
  10. Manage personal time schedule and productivity.
  11. Maintain the highest levels of RR product knowledge & competitive products, personal development, integrity, quality standards, and business ethics.
  12. Take the initiative to suggest and develop plans to explore and create new relations, contacts, and sales opportunities to improve market penetration into existing and new markets.

Candidate Specifications:

  1. Friendly with adaptability to teamwork.
  2. Relevant experience in hospitality/luxury retail.
  3. Premium-luxury service understanding.
  4. Result-oriented.
  5. Networking / Relationship Building.
