Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with a comprehensive background in digital marketing, event management, and video production sales. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in media handling, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
   
   1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets for digital marketing, event management, and video production services.
   2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and expand the client base.
   3. Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competition.
2. Client Relationship Management
   
   1. Establish and maintain long-term, strong relationships with clients.
   2. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
   3. Offer customized solutions aligned with client business objectives.
3. Media & Campaign Handling
   
   1. Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute innovative marketing campaigns, event concepts, and video production projects.
   2. Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with client expectations.
   3. Leverage cross-platform media channels to maximize campaign reach and impact.
4. Revenue Growth & Reporting
   
   1. Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and identifying upselling opportunities.
   2. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
   3. Analyze sales data to refine strategies and enhance results.
5. Networking & Brand Representation
   
   1. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
   2. Build a strong professional network within the UAE media, events, and marketing sectors.

Qualifications And Skills Required

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, with a focus on digital marketing, event management, and video production.
3. Strong understanding of media handling and content production processes.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
7. In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and business culture.
8. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
