Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join Ducast Factory LLC, a leading manufacturer of manhole covers and engineering casting products. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of UAE experience in sales, specifically within the manhole covers and engineering castings industry. This role requires a motivated professional capable of driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify and target new customers to expand market share in the UAE. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure industry. Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries promptly.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of manhole covers, engineering castings, and related products. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Negotiation & Closing Deals: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively. Ensure timely follow-ups and contract finalizations.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress. Provide weekly/monthly reports to the Sales Manager.
Mandatory Requirements:
4 to 6 years of proven sales experience in the UAE specifically within the manhole covers and engineering casting products industry.
Strong network and established relationships in the construction, infrastructure, and municipal sectors.
Valid UAE driving license.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
