Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and develop new business opportunities in the housekeeping and maintenance services sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
3. Conduct market research to identify new leads and client requirements.
4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
5. Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
7. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction.
8. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of sales experience in the housekeeping and maintenance industry in the UAE.
2. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
3. In-depth knowledge of housekeeping services, cleaning, maintenance, and facility management.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
