Sales Executive for Logistics, Truck & Trailers Company

Position Title: Sales Executive - Logistics - Land, Truck & Trailers

Salary: Starting from 8,000 plus commission

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the truck and trailer transportation industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in truck and trailer operations, steel, construction materials, heavy equipment, and over-dimensional goods. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored transportation solutions to meet customer needs. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction in this specialized market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new customers in industries including but not limited to construction, oil & gas, power & energy, EPC, manufacturing, infrastructure development, steel, and heavy equipment, FMCG to complement the Fleet operations.
• Offer expert advice and tailored transportation solutions for over-dimensional and specialized goods.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business.
• Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and evaluate pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, meeting client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the Freight & Logistics industry from the service perspective, predominantly showcasing strength and knowledge for over-dimensional cargo operations, domestic and cross-border movements by road.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience in a related field within the UAE market.
• Prior experience in sales within the logistics/transportation or freight forwarding industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Proficiency in the English language; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED 5,000.00 per month
