Sales Executive for FMCG (Frozen Items) - Immediate Joiners

Our client, a leading name in the FMCG sector specializing in frozen food products, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team.

Must have a valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle.

Preferred Immediate Joiners

1. Achieve sales targets set by both the distributor and the supplier.
2. Ensure product distribution aligns with brand positioning and company goals.
3. Negotiate pricing, secure shelf visibility, and manage store inventory and brand representation.
4. Monitor and control stock levels with distributors and suppliers.
5. Prepare and submit regular reports, including Daily Sales Reports and Competitor Activity Reports.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and suppliers.
7. Maintain accurate and updated records of key customer accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG or frozen food industry.
2. Familiarity with distribution products, sales cycle planning, and performance monitoring.
3. Knowledge of planograms and effective route management.
4. Willing to travel to store locations across the Emirates.
