Etisalat by e&, a global technology group pioneering new technologies since 1976, is looking to hire Sales Executive - Back Office/Lead Management Support.

Handling day to day operations of Telesales dialer and Lead management systems to facilitate the execution of Telesales campaigns. Liaising with Frontline teams, Marketing, IT at various points related to processing of sales orders and execution of Telesales campaigns. Prepare reports related to sales order fulfillment and Telesales campaign performances.

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the auto dialer and lead management system, tracking and monitoring of dialer related KPIs and making required changes to optimize performance.
• Assignment of sales agents in the dialer to the respective campaigns, to make outbound calls to the contacts loaded.
• Manages language-based allocation of leads to the sales agents in the dialer through skill assignments.
• Manages product-based routing of leads to agents.
• Implements database prioritization in the dialer based on various parameters to maximize productivity.
• Ensure meeting of call back SLAs for lead based campaigns, by monitoring and ensuring adherence to forecasted manpower, real time monitoring of customer-initiated leads traffic and making dynamic changes accordingly.
• Track database movement in the cold calling campaigns and monitor adherence to the required man-hours from partners.
• Scrubbing and loading of leads into LMS for pilot / adhoc activities.
• Supports sales operations by providing reports and insights on an intra-day, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis to monitor the performance of different sales activities, non-sales KPIs and agent efficiencies.
• Escalate technical issues to IT teams and closely follow up till resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum one year in any back office role in a telecom company.
