Sales Executive (Food Service)

Role & Responsibilities

1. Generate leads from HORECA prospects
2. Deliver proposal presentations for clients in response to request of pricing/product queries
3. Resolve customer claims and complaints without delay to the satisfaction of the customer and the company. Ensures all complaints are recorded and in customer record.
4. Manage overdue payments with the help of the AR team
5. Maintain sales and profit margins through reports and documentation
6. Ensure all company policies, procedures and code of conduct are communicated and implemented within the team
7. Present reports during sales meetings
8. Work with the accounts receivables team to manage and keep track of client payments
9. Work with the customer service team to get orders processed accurately
10. Work with the procurement team to update inventory and build pipeline based on forecast

Skills and Qualifications

1. ROLE IS STRICTLY OPEN ONLY FOR EXECUTIVES FROM FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY
2. UAE Drivers license mandatory
3. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
4. Minimum 1-3 years of Foodservice/HORECA experience preferably in UAE
5. Strong technology/digital orientation, and proficient in Microsoft Office programs
6. Strong communication skills
7. Presentable and confident
