Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Purpose:
- Promote and sell new vehicles, financing, and insurance solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with showroom services.
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Greet customers and identify their vehicle and financing requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, performance, and benefits to potential buyers.
- Provide information on A&S services, including car registration, insurance, and after-sales support.
- Suggest optional equipment and accessories to enhance customer purchases.
- Achieve sales targets set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and the Sales Manager.
- Compute and provide sales quotations, including discounts and financing options.
- Advise customers on financing plans, loan eligibility, interest rates, and payment structures.
- Explain insurance coverage options, including extended warranties and protection plans.
- Ensure all finance and insurance transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Arrange vehicle delivery in coordination with the New Car Storekeeper.
- Work closely with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) for car registration and insurance processing.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Sales Manager or Branch Manager.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in automotive sales and finance.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing and insurance products.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Must be computer literate with experience in F&I software and CRM systems.
