Sales Executive (Events and Exhibitions)

We are an Event company located in Dubai and looking for a Hardcore sales executive who has experience in the Events and Exhibition industry in the UAE.

The Job involves the Following Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling/ telesales and reaching out to clients to participate in the events and exhibitions organized by the company.
2. Taking appointments with clients, Meeting Clients, giving presentations, Negotiating and closing deals.
3. Preparing daily sales reports on the leads, contacts, and deals in Zohoo CRM for the management review.
4. Following up on potential leads, researching new leads and contacts, finding and approaching new potential clients.
5. Plans and organizes personal sales strategy and strategically plans daily/weekly/monthly schedule in order to maximize return on time investment and meet and exceed performance targets.
6. Sells and markets to external markets which may encompass selling exhibition spaces, fashion show slots, corporate events/meetings/trainings, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, and personal milestone events.

Requirement for the Job:

1. This is a target-oriented Job and meeting sales targets is Mandatory.
2. The Event Sales person should have a positive approach, embrace adversity, be optimistic, raise the sales bar, not default to excuses, and possess active listening skills. They should understand the product and have excellent interpersonal skills, approaching sales as a service.
3. The event salesperson should be articulate, tenacious, persuasive, prepared, meticulous, organized, energetic, and a team player. They serve as the bridge between clients and memorable event experiences, ensuring successful outcomes for both parties.

Salary and Incentives:

• Big incentives on closing deals along with salary.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience in the events industry is preferred.

Pay: From AED100.00 per month
