Role: Sales Courier

Salary: AED 8000

Experience: Minimum 4 years in the courier industry

Nationality: Filipino or Keralite

Driving License: Mandatory

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the sales team
2. Sales strategy development
3. Client relationship management
4. Sales reporting and analysis
5. Collaboration with other departments

Preferred Skills

1. Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages can be a plus depending on the market.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor other team members.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in sales or business management (partly or fully qualified).
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in the courier industry is a must.
3. The candidate should be Indian (Kerala) or Filipino.
4. A valid UAE driving license.
