WHAT'S THE ROLE?
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating new leads through exhibitions and outreach to existing contacts, while fostering collaboration opportunities. In this role, you will research and identify potential market opportunities related to exhibitions, festivals, and activations, ensuring that our organisation stays at the forefront of industry trends and developments. Your proactive approach and ability to build strategic relationships will be key to expanding our business and enhancing our market presence.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
- Implement the sales plan for the Abu Dhabi territory, working closely with management for support and guidance.
- Contact provided leads, generate new prospects, and promptly respond to client meeting requests.
- Explore and identify new market opportunities to expand our reach and impact.
- Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Attend exhibitions and networking events to enhance the organisation’s visibility and engagement within the industry.
- Utilise all available sales tools and channels for effective outreach and lead generation.
- Collaborate with various departments in the Abu Dhabi territory to share inquiries and ensure clear communication of client expectations.
- Meet annual KPIs set for the role, preparing daily and weekly reports as required.
- Work alongside internal business units during execution phases to ensure seamless project delivery.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- University degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field; knowledge of commercial management is preferred. Relevant certificates and qualifications will be considered an advantage.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in client servicing, sales, and project management within the events, marketing, festivals, and exhibition industry.
- Strong team player with a proven track record of accountability for results, organisational sophistication, and excellence in sales pitches.
- Proficient in data and lead collection, as well as market research.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to company-provided system tools.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
