Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Mortgage Consultant to join JOVERA Group in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating mortgage requirements, offering professional financial advice, assisting clients in securing the right mortgage options, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Consultant or Mortgage Broker
• Expertise in financial analysis and mortgage lending
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to interpret financial data and recommend customized solutions
• Solid knowledge of real estate financing and mortgage products
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience in the Mortgage industry
• Follow up on leads in a timely manner, ensuring our clients are furnished with a range of mortgage options best suited to their needs.
• Manage inbound calls from generated leads and make outbound calls from generated leads
• Educate our clients about mortgage products and procedures
• Have a good understanding of the mortgage market, rates, policies, and loan processes
• Gather, analyze, and present documents required for processing
• Familiarity with digital mortgage platforms and CRM systems. Comfort with using technology to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.

What you’ll receive:

• Monthly salary with uncapped commission
• Visa, medical and all provided as standard

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, preferably in Commerce, Finance, or related fields. A diploma in Business or Finance-related subjects is also acceptable.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Business Banking or Commercial Banking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

Salary:

• AED 3,000 per month, with an attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
