Candidates with relevant experience looking to build a career are required for immediate placement. Freshers are also welcome to apply.

We offer attractive incentives in addition to a salary of AED 4,000/- to successful candidates.

Job Description

The candidate should be ready to:

1. Achieve the assigned sales targets.
2. Provide quality services as per the required standards.
3. Stay updated on the features and benefits of various auto loan products.
4. Actively pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
5. Support in resolving default transactions upon request.
6. Ensure total compliance as per the norms and regulatory standards.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the loan application process.
9. Collect and verify necessary documentation from clients for loan applications.

Requirements

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Skilful at selling auto loans.
3. Self-motivated for achieving targets.
4. Graduate.
5. 1 year of sales experience, preferably in banking.
6. UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
