Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in Abu Dhabi, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze data for strategic decision-making.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to clients, addressing any issues and ensuring satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and cultivate new relationships.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, consistently striving for excellence in performance and revenue growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, showcasing a solid educational foundation.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE’s business landscape, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Professional certifications in sales or marketing, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar, are highly preferred.
  • Experience in the specific industry relevant to the company, providing insights into customer needs and market trends.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an added advantage for effective communication.
  • Strong technical skills in CRM systems and sales analytics tools, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients, colleagues, and partners.
