We are currently recruiting for a full-time Sales Executive to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility under the general guidance of the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating and maintaining customers in the corporate segment through various sales activities (face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, site inspections, etc.) to ensure complete coverage of your portfolio of accounts and achieve targets and maximum productivity.
  • Having comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all the properties' unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies.
  • Updating the hotels on the negotiation/progress of every business deal and using the technology available for reports, communication, and client correspondence.
  • Providing feedback to the Director of Sales & Marketing on changing market conditions, reviewing direct competition, and conducting regular research.
  • Participating in any training/development schemes as recommended by Senior Management.

Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Hotel Corporate Sales role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, the ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills, a quality-oriented focus on details, high performance standards, the ability to multi-task & meet deadlines, and technical proficiency in related software.
