Job description

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Apple products and services.
  • Explain product features and benefits, and answer customer questions.
  • Drive sales by effectively showcasing Apple products and upselling when appropriate.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Stay updated on Apple's product lineup, specifications, and software updates.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of available inventory and product availability.
  • Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Apple products.
  • Work towards achieving personal and team sales goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or retail.
  • Passion for technology and Apple products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
