Overview of the role
We are currently looking to recruit performance-driven Sales Executives (Used Cars) to join our growing team for Automall. Your role as a Sales Executive is to be on the frontline, providing a first-class face-to-face sales experience for our customers in order to maximize profitability for the business. You will be the face of the business for every customer you interact with. You are also expected to constantly improve and update your knowledge on the product range, features and benefits, general automotive industry and technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis, sales techniques, and customer handling skills.

What you will do

  1. Support the sales objectives of the company through achieving given sales and CSI targets
  2. Provide first-rate service to current and potential customers of Automall
  3. Achieve and maintain the company-prescribed standard sales policies and procedures
  4. Attend and follow up on all customer enquiries/prospects in a timely manner to maximize sales opportunities
  5. Achieve or exceed the allocated monthly sales targets
  6. Achieve or exceed CSV objectives, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales
  7. Ensure that company procedures are adhered to in terms of handling cash and assisting in arranging vehicle finance
  8. Constantly improve selling techniques and customer handling skills
  9. Sell vehicle-related insurance products and accessories
  10. Maintain awareness of the automotive industry, update knowledge of product range, models, features, and benefits
  11. Analyze the market situation and identify customer needs
  12. Explore opportunities to sell our products and services

Required skills to be successful

  1. Previous sales experience in retail, fashion, hospitality, or real estate preferred, but not mandatory
  2. Demonstrated experience and understanding of the sales process in any industry
  3. UAE Driving License is a must
