About the position

This role is part of the foundation of Leadex expansion strategy as you will be our sales leader and the key player in the Middle East, with a specific focus on the KSA market and partial responsibility for key UAE clients.

As a trusted advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in positioning Leadex as the go-to partner for digital transformation through innovative API management and CRM solutions.

Areas of responsibility

  • Enterprise sales & Business development: Identify, target, and secure high-value enterprise clients in need of Salesforce, MuleSoft, and custom development solutions.
  • Solution selling: Understand client business needs and present tailored solutions using Salesforce and MuleSoft to drive digital transformation.
  • Sales pipeline management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry research to maintain consistent revenue growth.
  • Client engagement & Relationship management: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with C-suite executives (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, and Digital Transformation leaders) at key enterprise organizations.
  • Consultative selling: Collaborate with pre-sales architects and technical teams to develop client proposals, technical roadmaps, and business cases.
  • Negotiation & Contract closure: Lead negotiations around contract terms, pricing negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Collaboration with Delivery teams: Work closely with the implementation, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handovers and project execution.
  • RFP process participation: Attend and drive RFP processes for large-scale customers to ensure we stay competitive in key opportunities.

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within Salesforce, MuleSoft, or other enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in high-value, complex sales cycles.
  • Experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior IT decision-makers.
  • Ability to lead complex sales processes, including stakeholder engagement, objection handling, and deal negotiations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions in a business-oriented manner.
  • Consultative and strategic mindset with the ability to position solutions based on business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with industries such as banking, financial services, retail, telecommunications and manufacturing is a plus.
