Trade Mark / Intellectual Property Associate / Attorney – Dubai / United Arab Emirates – This leading global firm is looking for an Associate (2-4 years PQE) to join its prestigious and market leading Intellectual Property Team in their Dubai office.

Overview

A varied and unique caseload.

The team supports a wide variety of local and international clients, developing and implementing brand protection strategies and enforcing IP rights. This role requires a focus on supporting the IP prosecution and enforcement practice side of the firm.

The ideal applicant

Along with prior experience with contentious and advisory support on IP within a recognized firm, the ideal candidates will:

1. Have a strong understanding of IP laws and practices.
2. Be able to manage a varied caseload effectively.
3. Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
