Are you passionate about driving business growth and building strong customer relationships? We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our team! You'll play a key role in boosting sales through engaging leads generated by our marketing efforts and managing each step of the member journey. You'll also be part of follow-up activities, assessments, and events, including open days, to ensure we're meeting the needs of our community.
Job Purpose:
To help improve business sales through contacting leads generated through marketing campaigns, tracking the member journey at each milestone. The sales executive will also assist in follow-ups on assessments and attend events including open days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Constantly review and improve the sales process.
- Present, promote and sell services using pre-defined marketing plans, offers and programmes to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Reach out to existing and prospective customer leads through calls.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule time frame.
- Analyse the market's potential, track sales and status reports.
- Track customer needs, concerns, interests, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep up to date with best practices and promotional trends and continuously improve through feedback.
- Coordinate with the team of teachers and coaches to ensure all targets are met.
- All other duties related to the role.
Set of Required Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours:
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any other qualification related to the field.
Desired Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales-related field with administration and customer service responsibilities.
- Background in the sports and leisure industry.
Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
- High Level IT skills including using a CRM system.
- Customer service and relationship management skills.
- An interest in sports with a general understanding of the industry in the UAE.
- Upselling and cross-selling skills.
- Experience working towards and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
- Problem solving & adaptability.
- Willingness to learn.
