Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sale of construction products both within the UAE market and for export. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the construction industry and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for construction products in the UAE and export markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in the construction sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in sales within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of the UAE construction market and export procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license and own transportation (vehicle will be provided by the company).
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the construction industry, specifically in the UAE market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
• Experience in handling export sales and international markets is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
