We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive our business growth.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies. You will work closely with our service delivery and marketing teams to ensure our services meet client needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Client Retention: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our accounting services, including tax preparation, auditing, and financial consulting.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, opportunities, and results to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the accounting or professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting services and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
