Job Title - Sales Executive

Type: Outsourced

Contract Duration: Long Term

Work Location: Dubai

Salary: 3000 AED + Incentive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, corporate clients, and business partners.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in achieving sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel if required.
