Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM) are preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management roles, preferably in a commodities background.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.
Experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with procurement software.
