Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to manage key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic sales approaches for leading global brands in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in faade systems, weatherproofing solutions, anchoring systems, fastening solutions, and MEP support systems. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, project sales expertise, and a deep understanding of the UAE construction market.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in construction materials, faade solutions, or waterproofing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of faade anchoring, cladding, thermal insulation, waterproofing membranes, sealants, and structural adhesives.
  • Experience working with contractors, developers, consultants, and architects in the UAE market.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value sales projects, from lead generation to closing.
  • Familiarity with UAE building codes, fire safety, and faade engineering standards.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and ERP systems.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while identifying new business opportunities in faade and weatherproofing solutions across various construction sectors. Leverage technical expertise to promote and sell products, provide client consultations, and ensure compliance with UAE building codes and industry standards.

Coordinate with internal teams to manage project pipelines, tenders, and supply chain logistics for seamless execution.

Regularly analyze sales performance, market trends, and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
