Key Responsibilities:

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their staffing needs.
  3. Deliver compelling presentations to demonstrate how TempME can streamline their temporary hiring process.
  4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the company's expansion in the UAE.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment, HR tech, or staffing solutions.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  3. Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with high-volume cold outreach.
  4. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines is a plus.
