Job description

Golden Bridge Real Estate LLC is a dynamic and innovative real estate company dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients. We specialize in residential properties, and our team is committed to excellence and growth. We are looking for motivated and experienced Sales Executives to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and leads within the real estate market.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on property investment opportunities.
  4. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and industry developments.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
  7. Manage and update client databases and CRM systems.
  8. Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective social media strategies.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or property development.
  2. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  3. Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
  4. Strong knowledge of social media strategies and active participation on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Twitter, etc.
  5. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  6. Presentable, exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Valid UAE license with own car.

  1. Real estate sales: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

UAE Driving license (Preferred)
