About the role:

Hours: Full Time

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role involves generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven professional with excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be willing to travel within the MENA region with potential overseas travel.

The Sales Executive will carry out sales activities on assigned clients to generate and qualify sales leads to meet company goals. Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the Motive Offshore Quality Management System.

About the team:

As part of our FZE team, you will become part of a small, hardworking, and skilled team accustomed to working to a high standard and specification. Reporting to the Eastern Hemisphere Sales Manager, you will be supported by our FZE Sales team of skilled personnel, whose goal, much like your own, will be to enable a quick and safe turnaround of equipment.

You will also be working alongside a committed and proud Motive team globally, who want to play their part in the growth of the business and support each other daily to create a positive, values-driven professional environment.

Responsibilities:

People

  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
  • Liaising with the wider Sales Team regarding bespoke equipment enquiries when necessary.
  • Ensuring customer service satisfaction, including after-sales support interaction, and building strong client relationships.
  • Supporting Sales Coordinators as necessary.
  • Working in conjunction with the marketing/PR department to develop and maintain sales activities.
  • Developing strong working relations with key stakeholders (clients, colleagues, etc.).
  • Being a positive ambassador for Motive Offshore Group Ltd.

Planet

  • HSEQ compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and the company’s management system.
  • Upholding the Motive Offshore Group People Values.

Product

  • Carrying out sales visits to existing and potential clients. Generating and qualifying leads from the sales visits. Negotiating and following up with clients accordingly.
  • Dealing with Rental/Sale enquiries.
  • Providing guidance and support to customers during product evaluation, selection, and specifications.
  • Assisting with Motive KAM strategy as required.
  • Carrying out quality checks on the product and service delivery at the end of the project, as per the Customer Satisfaction Management Procedure.
  • Delivering Motive presentations and demonstrating the Motive service offering.
  • Developing and maintaining the customer sales database as per departmental procedures (Salesforce).
  • Attending exhibitions and sales events as required.
  • Monitoring competitors, market conditions, and product development to provide market intelligence and forecast information.

Required skills / knowledge:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Previous experience in sales.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
  • Good negotiator, with an innovative approach.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Energetic and confident personality.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
