About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in FMCG sales within the UAE, specifically in Food & Beverages and Grocery products. Candidates with strong existing client relationships are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market
3. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
4. Conduct regular market visits to ensure strong brand visibility and product placement
5. Monitor competitor activity and market trends
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

1. Minimum 2+ years of FMCG sales experience in the UAE (must include Food & Beverages and Grocery products)
2. Strong existing client network in the UAE market
3. Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
4. Valid UAE driving license
5. Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in English, Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)
