Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into long-term customers.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if required.
