With an incredible portfolio of food & beverage products, NFPC currently has a fantastic opportunity for a talented Sales Executive in Horeca channel to join our team.

JOB PURPOSE

The role holder will assist Horeca channel to maximize on business opportunities and closely monitor the implementation of the department’s business plan. The BDM, at this level, is expected to carry out the full scope of activities and processes for business development, including customer relationship management and lead generation activities. This is an important role as a key interface with customers.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIs

  • Identifying new business opportunities as per the agreed budget
  • Proper distribution based on weightage and timing of the customers, 100% successful deliveries (entire operations)
  • Build and maintain healthy business relationship with NFPC customers by providing timely and appropriate services and products
  • Execution with the approved business plan by assisting the Head of Department to implement the business plan developed for each business channels

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in Food & Beverage industry
  • Solid knowledge of the UAE market in the Food Service sector
  • Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
